Vendor Management as a Service

Tech Stack Advising will Audit your existing technology vendor contracts, and align to new procurement and vendor management goals that are right for you. We offer this service as an on-going service.

Procurement/Contracting

Want us to drop in, save you money, and leave? Sure. We have a decade of experience on the “seller-side” of technology, so we know what buttons to push and what levers to pull. We will audit the existing technology contracts and use our best practices to get you a lower price and more favorable terms. You only pay us a percentage of what you save. If we can’t save you anything, you don’t pay us anything.
